Be decent

No harassment, hate, slurs or threats. Disagree without being cruel. If someone asks you to stop, stop.

Keep it safe

No NSFW or gore. Nothing sexual involving minors, ever, and we report it. Don’t share anyone’s private information, including your own where it could hurt you.

No spam or ads

No spam, scams, unrequested advertising or self-promo, and no unsolicited DMs. Don’t beg for invites. Requests go to hello@romance.rip.

Be yourself

Don’t impersonate other people, staff or the bot. Staff will never ask for your password, your link code or your email login.

Use the right channel

Keep chat in chat and questions in support. Stay on the topic of the channel you’re in.

Follow Discord’s rules too

Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply here. Stay within them.

Linking your account

The /link command connects your Discord to your romance page. Only use it with a code from your own dashboard, and never share your code with anyone.

What staff can do

Staff may warn, mute, kick or ban people, and delete messages, at their discretion. Serious things get a ban straight away.
